<P>Ingrid Bergman came to Amsterdam, just as her iconic movie Casablanca shows her, in a place between places, the train station. The Film Museum showed early work from her Swedish, American and Italian period. Casablanca will be seen again after eighteen years in the Dutch movie theaters with a new, fully restored copy.</P>
